Getting started guide

Getting to know the core features

A quick look at the core features of CoverageBook, from adding content to sharing your report.

Create books of all shapes and sizes

Whether it's a quick 'Weekly Update', an 'End of Campaign Wrap-up' or a comprehensive 'Annual Report', it's easy to create professional looking books tailored to your reporting needs.

Showcase your key pieces as highlights

Highlights are displayed as part of the 'Intro & summary' giving a way for readers to quickly see your best coverage. So you can be sure those key pieces you worked so hard for won’t be overlooked.

Use 'Sections' to group your content

Organise your coverage by things like media type, date, region or activity.

Auto-sort each section's contents by date or a particular metric and choose whether to present your coverage in a full page, grid or list layout.

Create slides to add analysis & visuals

Go beyond just the coverage and stats. Write key objectives, analyse campaign activity, add extra context or feature brand imagery. All without leaving the tool using our 'Slide builder'.

Share your report online or export a printable PDF

Share a link to the live online report, generate a printable PDF or download all the data in a CSV file.

Go to the 'Share' page from within your book and choose your preferred option.

All coverage is stored in your 'Coverage Vault'

It's like an ongoing tracker of all the coverage and media outlets that have ever been added to your account.

Search for coverage, filter by projects, media type or time periods. Spot tends, draw insights and create new books from your results.
